Mar 8 Women on Top - No Cap.

First and foremost, Happy International Women’s Day! We deserve this day… heck, we’ve earned it.

On this fabulous holiday, I would like to highlight a brand created by a woman, for women (and dudes with man-buns).

We all remember those caps that came out a decade ago with the opening for a ponytail, right? The concept was there, but when we would leave our hair down and wear the cap, there was a (very) awkward hole on our heads.

I always wanted to try these hats because when I am running errands or going on a hike, I hate having my hair down, and I want a hat to save my face from the sun. However, these hats were not it.

I came across Ponyback Hats. Of course these brilliant caps were created by a woman… she gets us.

Ponyback is a well-fitted cap that has an opening for a ponytail, but the best part is, it is magnetic and can close right up if you want to wear it with your hair down! Jeen-yuhs.

I also love it because since I don’t have a ton of hair, the opening for my ponytail has to be super small so it doesn’t look weird. The opening on these caps fits your pony circumference. My girls with blessed hair can fit all your tresses through the slot. You can even do a high bun with this hat… almost makes me tear up from joy.

The hats also come in various sizes from youth to XXLG, fitting head sizes 53.5 cm to 60 cm. My hat is a S/M, for reference.

The Ponyback is truly an essential item for your closet. I also love the sleek design. Aside from the small logo on the side, the hat is a solid color and extremely functionable.

Ponyback gives back in multiple ways. In October, they ran a fundraising campaign with a portion of proceeds going to breast cancer research. Also, the brand donates hats to various local women’s shelters.

From the style, to the material, to the overall look, I can’t say enough great things about Ponyback. It is clearly a very throughout product made by someone who wanted the same thing we all do, function and fashion.
