PEP in Her Step
I don’t waste my money on those monthly subscription boxes. You know, the ones filled with full-sized makeup products or the lifestyle boxes all the Housewives keep advertising. I personally don’t need all that extra stuff, but someone who does need it is Pretzel. After all, if anyone is deserving of a monthly surprise, it’s her.
There are a few pet subscription boxes out there, but none can compete with Pure Earth Pets. The box is filled with toys and full-sized bags of treats with a special twist.
I was a little nervous because my deservingly spoiled pup is a very picky eater. I took out the first treat and Pretz went to town on the Lucky Dog Slims Chicken Jerky! Girl’s got good taste.
The new company wanted to focus on keeping the boxes eco-friendly. The products in each box are all made in the US and of the finest quality. No wonder my diva loved everything.
Aside from the Jerky, the box included an adorable fluffy CycleDog Duraplush FuzzBall that Pretzel hasn’t stopped playing with, a Himalayan Dog Chew made with the single ingredient cheese, a decorated large cookie that will take several servings to finish, and all natural Chippin treats.
I love the variety of puppy presents that come in the box. I also love the fact that you can order a single box without needing to subscribe monthly. This is perfect for when Pretz is invited to puppy parties and needs a gift. PEP also has the option of 6-month and 3-month subscriptions if you want to test it out before committing to a full year.
Pretzel loved the treats so much I will have to purchase them separately. Thankfully, PEP provides that option by selling the products in their boxes separately for your pup’s pleasure. Guess I will be ordering more bags of the chicken jerky.
Pure Earth Pets also wanted to do something to give back. Each month, PEP chooses a charity organization to donate a portion of proceeds to. For February, PEP donated to NJ Strays, a no-kill animal welfare organization in North Jersey. PEP also gives the option to nominate a non-profit organization you think is deserving.
I love what this brand has done. They are combining love for dogs with love for the environment. The packaging, products, and companies PEP partners with are eco-friendly, which helps take the guesswork out of providing my furbaby with the best of the best.
