Aug 20 Tease ’em… One Sip at a Time

There’s something about companies with sass that I can’t get enough of. It’s like they embody my personality in their brand and I want every part of it.

Tease Tea is the epitome of sass. First of all, the tea is delicious, so let’s just get that out of the way. Their branding is kind of genius. It screams to the girl boss in everyone... I can hear you!!

A little bit of a backstory... Tease Tea is a tea brand with different flavors for every lifestyle. From the girl living in the now who loves her Matcha to the women like me who need some anxiety and stress relief, all the way to the bestie who’s glowing with her baby bump, there’s a tea for everyone! I love shopping their site under what my “desire” is. Love... relaxation... hangover help. Check, check, and a big ol’ check.

Tease Tea is a one-stop-shop for tea, but that’s not their end goal. Tease founder Sheena Brady wanted to incorporate women empowerment into her brand. She created a program to support and empower women around the world, Charitea.

The cute pun-intended name isn’t the program’s only shining point. This year, Tease Tea is empowering young girls through education by supporting the I Am A Girl program through Plan Canada International. With this program, Tease Tea has helped send 3 young girls to school, to date.

Tease Tea is also focusing on Women for Women International, an organization who supports women in countries affected by conflict and war. Tease is aiming to sponsor as many women as possible through their proceeds.

In July 2019, Tease Tea donated over $30,000 to support women entrepreneurs through the Tease Tea Founder’s Fund. The fund is a 4-month digital program that gives women access to funding, community, space, and world-class mentorship.
