Wind Me Up
The only time you’ll see my hair straight is when I didn’t have enough time to curl it. I LIVE for curly hair. I’m envious of girls with gorgeous curls and all that volume!
If you’ve been keeping up with me, you know I’m obsessed with Phuse Beauty hair products. Their Quiet Dryer won me over and I am now a lifelong fan. I was so excited to try the Phuse Wind Me Up Curling Iron. I am picky when it comes to curling irons because the curls need to look good and last from 5am to midnight! I don’t want to look like 7-year-old-Violet with spirals, and I don’t want a big frizzy mess.
I don’t usually put products in my hair before I use a curling iron because I always thought it would weigh down my already lifeless hair. I thought I’d give the Phuse Headstrong Keratin Protein Primer a shot and whoa baby! The Keratin Protein and Argan Oil together is so light on my strands and doesn’t weigh it down at all. My favorite part is that it gives a gorgeous shine like I just walked out of the salon. My hair is normally very soft, but because I use hot tools every day, the ends tend to break off. The Phuse Primer helps damaged hair and protects it all from the heat.
I also tried the Phuse Leave In Conditioner when my hair was damp. I love this product so much because it helps keep my hair color from fading. My frizzies need to be stopped, and this stuff works magic. I also love that it protects hair from sun damage with SPF. All of Phuse’s products are paraben free, gluten-free, and involved no animal testing.
One of my favorite things about the Phuse curling iron is the size of the barrel. The 1.25 inch barrel gives me big silky gorgeous curls, and it’s ceramic, titanium and tourmaline coated… hello damage free! The curls last most of the day with a little help from hairspray. My favorite part is, when the curls start dying down, they turn into sultry waves… it’s like a day to night look on its own!
I always set my curler to the max 392 degrees Fahrenheit, and the best part is if you’re a busy-body like me and get distracted easily, the curling iron shuts off on its own within an hour of use.
